Stanford Eatwell Technical are a team of Architectural Technicians who are experienced in preparing working drawings for a wide range of building types and with a particular specialism for all types of residential developments, including mixed use schemes of all scales working for various developers and major house builders.

Our services include:

  • Management of Planning Applications and other regulatory application procedures.
  • Completion of the detailed design for Tender and Construction stages.
  • Lead Consultant dealing with the detailed design process including co-ordination of the design information from other Consultants & Sub-contractors.
  • Administration of contracts.
  • Preparation of project programmes and progress reports.
  • The Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM 2015).
  • Party Wall advice.
  • BREEAM Assessments.
